Delivery
How long will my order take?
UK orders will be processed and packed within 2 working days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.
Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this duration.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. (This return policy excludes earrings or other items for piercings). It must also be in it’s original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send an email to info@sosmicrochip.co.uk and send your item to the above address.
